It could be anything from Time Management to learning a Language, learning a particular Management Skill or anything else you could possible imagine.

So write down your one Skill and do what you need in order to train it everyday at least a little bit. You will be amazed how this one Skill truly does make the biggest difference and how it makes the training you put in very worth while.

Secrets to comparing Yourself

We often blame our own resources for not achieving excellence. People blame themselves for not being smart enough, not being strong enough or having a limiting environment. Surprisingly enough, those excuses are never the real reason we don’t get what we want. Many studies proofed that everyone has the ability to excel in at least one area in their life.

The real reason is usually that we compare ourselves with people who don’t succeed either. As long as we have another person who regularly fails or as long as we are better than we used to be, we don’t put in the work to becoming great.

It is human nature that we don’t naturally want get out of our ways to set new standards, however we feel amazing and exhilarated once we do.

How to stay excited about your Goals

We all know the feeling of getting really excited about a goal but then months later it seems unattainable. We become frustrated because what we once hoped for might now be out of reach. No matter if it’s about reaching a weight goal, running a distance, getting a certain amount of clients or performing better in another area of life. We start pushing those goals out of our head because the feeling of failure is too unbearable.

2 Strategies to reach Happiness

There are 2 basic Strategies you can choose from which will both increase your well-being and are applicable every day in every situation. Because of the nature of us as humans, there are two basic needs which drive fulfillment and happiness:

The first need is Growth. Whatever we do in work or family, we instinctively want to grow.  When we feel like we grow and get better at something we feel good about ourselves and our situation. We all want to get better at something and enjoy the benefits that excellence can give us. It gives us Pride and Satisfaction in our own character. On the other hand we feel unhappy when we are stuck in the same place, having to resign to our circumstances.
