How to give yourself first
Each day you need to give yourself at least 15 minutes - the most success you will have in the morning - and think about what you want yourself today and in the future. What would get you excited, what can you achieve and in what mindset do you want to spend your day. Especially if paired with exercise, you can start into the day with a feeling of achievement, power and vitality. Instead of getting into a rut as soon as you get out of the bed, consciously give yourself time to boost up your system and listen to music or a chapter of an audiobook that makes you feel confident and empowered.
