Giving yourself first is crucial to wellbeing and success. When we feel good about ourselves, we feel more secure, certain and proud which in turn makes us more creative and productive.
Each day you need to give yourself at least 15 minutes - the most success you will have in the morning - and think about what you want yourself today and in the future. What would get you excited, what can you achieve and in what mindset do you want to spend your day. Especially if paired with exercise, you can start into the day with a feeling of achievement, power and vitality. Instead of getting into a rut as soon as you get out of the bed, consciously give yourself time to boost up your system and listen to music or a chapter of an audiobook that makes you feel confident and empowered.
Write your emotions down, the ones you experience regularly each week. This way you see where you are living right now. What changes of language, body posture and pace do you need to make to get out of the negative states? What do you do to show someone else you love them? Are you doing the same things for yourself? What to you think you deserve for your life?
